Bike & Scooter Rally - Saturday 25 July 2009.

We have been asked to play at a Bike & Scooter Rally in aid of cerebral palsy charity SCOPE. We are always pleased to support charity events and look forward to a great gig. The venue is Wigan Road Labour Club in Leigh, Lancashire. This is a weekend rally, and there is also a band on the Friday night as well as bike shows, food, and loads of partying all weekend.

Mr Bones have just booked to play a couple of dates this year at the Jolly Hatters pub in Denton (Town Lane). Check out the Gigs page for details.

We are also playing a birthday bash for Ken's 60th at the Thatched House, Stockport on Thursday July 2.

This isn't a private gig apparently, so come on down..

Mr Bones 2009 Tour

Mr Bones have finally got themselves into gear and ambled around local music venues and booked some gigs. Their agent, Mr B. Idle, stated for the record "It's about time those lazy bas*ards ventured out of their studio and started annoying people again".

There was no comment from the band, but Mr B. Idle said their gigs can be found on their website.

Bones CD Rumour !

Rumour has it that Mr Bones are secretely recording a CD of some of their more memorable covers. Reports of strange noises emanating from a Stockport rehearsal room seem to confirm this rumour. A spokesman for the band was reported to have said ."I'll show my ar*e if they ever get it finished"
